The days may be short, but photography allows your memories to be cherished for a lifetime. As a fellow mom, I know how fleeting those special moments can be, espeically that first year. And that’s why I’m dedicated to preserving them in the most beautiful way possible.
My approach to family portraits is simple. I want to capture you together as naturally as possible. I celebrate the silly, soulful, and unique aspects of who you are as a family. In those early days, it’s rare to get a photo of the two of you with your growing family! A family session means your entire family is commemorated, and those brief and beautiful moments are preserved for generations to come. (Plus, it’s the perfect time to pamper yourself and snuggle up!)
I will guide you into moments and give direction but I am always looking for the little in-betweens. You are my inspiration and I am so excited to capture all of your love for eachother.
These candid images will be the ones you reach for time and again.
Designed for busy families, our subscription allows you to invest in your baby's first year without needing to worry about any of the planning. Our seamless experience guides you through the process from start to finish, including booking your sessions, finding the best outfits, and designing your heirloom album (available as an add-on). We handle it all, so you can focus on being present with your little one.

Each package comes with 1 large 10x10” heirloom album that showcases the whole year of images. After each session, I will help you select your favorite images to be added to your Album, creating a gorgeous book that perfectly captures your year together. These albums are 50 pages, allowing for all of your favorite images to be featured.
Or, for an additional fee, we can create a 7x7” album for each session. Each book has 50 pages, and you can also upgrade to a larger size of 10x10”.
The albums come in a variety of linen colors, for lasting durability and premium texture. A customizable, foil-stamped title and spine text is available in gold, silver, copper or white. The ultra-thick, seamless page spreads allow for full page prints.

Contact me to chat more about the process. We can go over the packages, how the process works, and any questions you have. If interested, I will send you a portrait subscription contract and the invoice to get you all set up. You can make the entire payment upfront or set up quarterly payments to automatically go out.
Once you are booked, we will schedule your first session. We will work closely to plan each session based on your style and vision. I will also create a vision board on Pinterest for your sessions to share ideas and you can contribute as well! I will also send out reminders weeks in advance of your next session to begin scheduling and send over my ideas. I know you are busy! So the bulk of the planning is out of your hands.

During your session, I will guide you in capturing the best light and angles while still keeping the photos as authentic as possible. My approach to portraits is simple: I want to capture you as you are together, as naturally as possible. And don’t worry - before each session I will send you a guide with more information on what to expect!

3-4 weeks after each session, you will receive your images. The images will be loaded in a private online gallery for you to view, order prints, framed artwork, and download images. Images are available to download as high-resolution and web-size files. You will have the personal printing right to your images so you can print them on your own as well.

How many files do we get with each session?
For a 1 hour session - 30 files minimum.
For a 2 hour session - 50 files minimum.
Do you have a list of favorite indoor & outdoor locations?
Yes! I will share those with you early on upon booking the subscription series. I will also share a variety of natural light studios. Most natural light studies in Austin require booking in advance, so we will reserve these spaces a couple of months before the requested date. One studio session fee of 1 hour is included with your subscription.
Will you edit blemishes, cuts, etc?
I am happy to edit out minor facial blemishes or bites. More major edits will incur a fee dependent on the extent of editing required.
Do you charge a travel fee?
If the session is within 10 miles of downtown Austin, the session includes my travel. If you live outside of 10 miles of downtown Austin, I do charge a small travel fee based on the distance. Inquire and I can calculate this for you!
Will you design the Heirloom Albums that we order with our collections?
Yes, this is an important part of my services! I want you to not worry about this part of the process at all. I will design the books and show you the proofs before sending them for publish so you can make any changes you’d like.
What is the turnaround time for images? Can we download them? How long do we have to review our images and order prints?
3-4 weeks after each session, you will receive your images. The images will be loaded in a private online gallery for you to view, order prints, framed artwork, and download images. Your gallery will be live for 1 year.
Do you offer a payment plan?
Yes, your subscription can be paid in quarterly installments or one full payment.
Can you help me pick our outfits?
Absolutely! We will work closely to plan each session based on your style and vision. I will also create a vision board on Pinterest for your sessions to share ideas and you can contribute as well! I recommend finding items you feel comfortable in and coordinating them together - no need to be matchy-matchy!
What time of day is best for each session?
The time of day for your session depends on location and time of year. If our session is outside, early in the morning or near sunset is best. If the session is at your home, then it’s important to talk about when the sunlight is best in your home. If the sun pours into your home in the afternoon, then that would likely be the best time. But we can also consider your kiddo's nap schedule! It’s most important that the kiddos are up for photos, so we hope to avoid a cranky/ tired infant or toddler!
What happens if the weather is bad, or if my child isn’t in a good mood on the day of, or if there’s an illness?
For inclement weather, we will touch base the night before to discuss options or reschedule if needed. If your kiddo is ill, cranky, or just off on the day of the shoot and you’re worried it won’t be their best day on camera, feel free to reach out, and we can plan to move your session to another date. Moving the session will depend on my availability.
