AUSTIN, TEXAS

Patty and Louis have been together since high school and have had two amazing kiddos since. They reached out and asked me if we could capture a fully candid at home session with their boys and follow it up with an anniversary session for just the parents. I LOVED this idea. We started at their home and I along as they woke their boys up from naps, played together with their musical instruments, ate snacks, played in the sandbox and took baths.

I loved this fully documentary family experience and hope to do more of these. From there, they hired a babysitter to come over and we ventured to Jennifer’s Garden to commemorate this special milestone. It was such a fun and unique approach to a family session and I think every family should contemplate this from time to time. Parents deserve some special portraits alone too!
